Check-in/check-out: on the day of arrival, the room is at your disposal from 14.00. On the day of departure, please leave the room by 11.00 a.m.

Early check-in: after the verification of availability, it is possible to request the early check-out to have the comfort of the support room from 9:00 of the arrival’s day, at the price of € 10,00 per person.

Late check-out: after the availability verification, it is possible to request the late check-out to have the comfort of the support room until 21.00 of the departure’s day, at the price of € 15,00.

Domestic animals

They are welcome, and we do not apply any supplements. We ask that you inform us at the time of the booking.

They are not allowed in the Thermal Centre and Spa, in the dining zones, or in the pool.

Extra services

Drinks at meals, the minibar, and other extras are always excluded from the stay’s rate and are counted on consumption.

Booking conditions

The stay’s rate with direct booking or from our site is always convenient. It is required to confirm reservations in periods of high attendance, e.g., Christmas or New Year’s Eve, or with a group’s booking.

Cancellation policy/No-show:

There is no penalty for cancellations until 3 days before the arrival. After 2 days, the penalty is equal to the first night’s stay. No-show: penalty equal to the first night’s stay.
